The information we gather in compiling technical reports and other documentation is retained confidentially, it is never released to any party other than under written instruction from our instructing principals or as we are required to do by law.
Reports are only released to the instructing party - normally the assessor or insurer and we do not release reports to insured parties unless we are specifically instructed to do so.
Any insured party requesting copies of reports or report information from MCS will be directed to the insurer or their broker in the first instance.
